Meet Your Facilitator

The womb is the portal through which human life begins. As the keepers of this space, it is our responsibility to honour and understand the wombs nature for our own wellbeing and the life we wish to create. As a certified Birth Doula, and Menstrual Cycle Coach, I believe that if we co-create a culture that respects the innate powers of our womb from menarche (first menstruation), the world will be transformed.

My own journey began from a place of disembodiment, disempowerment, and a deep mistrust in myself and my body. I felt disconnected from and disgusted by my womb, a devastating and lonely place to be. In the depths of this dark place an intuitive sense that there was more tugged on my spirit and inspired me to dive into the depths. A decade later I have emerged from thousands of hours of spiritual exploration, somatic practices, and feminine wellness education, feeling empowered, connected, and fiercely determined to create a cultural shift.

Today, I feel the same nurturing force that births our babies, blooms the flowers, shifts the seasons, and changes the faces of the moon, move through my body with the highest love in mind. A sacred force that I have the honour to commune with, that is ever deepening my sense of authenticity, spiritual connection, purpose, and pleasure. I feel blessed to have a womb.

Lunar Bloom is a distillation of my own ten year healing journey, passion-led studies, and the collective wisdom of the hundreds of women I have supported over the years. Join me to claim the powers of the feminine and birth a more beautiful world.
