As a Womb Connection Coach, I support you to build a direct and trusting relationship with your body’s innate intelligence. Through nervous system regulation, cyclical awareness, somatic exploration, parts therapy, and ritual, I gently help unravel womb-held trauma and shame, restoring trust in your body and opening the path to deeper love, alignment, and wellbeing.
